I want to take a minute and thank all of you for your business these past 30+ years,

and let you know about a few of the changes we have made in our shop.

Judy has been taking a physical inventory of all the Books, Charts, and Large Chart Packs for the

past 12 months. She has now finished and found many items in the wrong categories, as

well as patterns that we thought were gone. These items have been corrected in our inventory.

She also has alphabetized all categories by designer. This will make it easier to find a design

when you have the designer's name, and will help us as well. All we ask from you, our customers,

is to either put any disgarded pattern back where you found it or give it to us at the counter. This will

eliminate useless time looking for a pattern that was disgarded in a wrong pocket.

Gail has taken a physical inventory of all small Chart Packs and Small patterns. Many of these designs

are grouped by designer with sub categories making it easier to find a pattern or in baskets by theme. 

Again, all we ask is if you pull a pattern and decide not to purchase, either put it back where you found it,

or give it to us at the counter. If we all cooperate - it will be much easier to find a

pattern when you like a shop model as well as when you are looking for a specific design.

Lastly we have made changes to all items being held. If you visit our shop and we do not have what you

want in stock, we will gladly order it for you.  Previously, we placed an order for the item and held it

until you arrived to pick up. The change that we are making is that we now will need pre-payment

or a credit card which we will only charge once the item arrives and the day you are called.

Holding items caused many of our inventory problems. This should eliminate any problems as

all orders placed will enter our system, generate an invoice, and when the product or

products arrive, you will be called. We then will hold until you get around to picking up the items.

If you prefer not to prepay - we will call you when the item arrives, but  will only be held for 5 days from

the date of the call, and if not picked up by that time, returned to stock. Since it was

not paid for and we did not charge you for the product, no other correspondence regarding the item

will incure. We can no longer hold items without an order placed as it has caused inventory issues,

and we found sometimes we are holding items for weeks without the product ever being picked up.

We hope you all understand these changes, as it only helps all of us, expecially

those who wanted an item that was being held, and we had no other stock.
