This 87 Page book is charted for an antique sampler - includes 325 different 2-letter intricately entwined monograms. Each uses whole or complete stitches so they are suitable for needlepoint, counted cross stitch, beadwork and filet crochet. Average size of each is about 23 stitches wide by 33 stitches high but the stitch counts vary slightly. The center of each monogram is marked on the chart for easier placement on your project. Note the letters āIā and āJā were considered interchangeable in antique alphabets and only one was usually included; and basic counted thread stitch techniques as well a general instructions for stitching with beads (as shown on the back cover) are included.
