168x185 - Also from Plum Street Samplers comes this sampler about the Salem witch trials - at the top is a winged skull that was used in many old headstones representing a soul whose journey isn't finished year on the way to heaven; in the center is Reverend Mather protecting a girl as he point a finger at two innocent women'; the bottom section features Gallows Hill where the accused were hanged in 1692 with a verse; and cauldron filled with climbing flowers are up the sides - C, W, & D
